Naoko Sasaki

Naoko Sasaki regularly advises domestic and international companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance, as well as general corporate and transactional matters. Naoko also has extensive experience advising clients in cases involving corporate wrongdoing and conducting investigations into illegal conduct by employees. In addition, Naoko advises institutional investors on disclosure and compliance issues in connection with their investments in Japanese-listed companies and assists Japanese-listed companies with shareholder engagement and responding to shareholder activism.
